This Privacy Policy explains what FLGaragePrep (operated by Hilogistic, Corp) collects and how we use it. FLGaragePrep is a brand operated by Hilogistic, Corp, a Florida corporation.
Information we collect
- Contact form data. If you message us, we receive the name, email, and message you submit (via Netlify Forms) so we can reply.
- Purchase data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy terms. We receive confirmation of a completed purchase and the email associated with your access.
- Account data. If you buy access, we store the email and a securely hashed password you set, so you can log back in.
- Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate, non-identifying usage such as page views and device type.
- Feedback you choose to send. If you leave feedback about the course, we store your rating, what you wrote, the name you ask us to show, and whether you told us you passed. We publish it on this site only if you tick the box that allows it, under the name you gave — never your email address — either in full or as whole sentences quoted word for word. Email us at any time to change it or have it removed.
- Emails from us. Besides messages you need to use your account (such as a password reset), we may email you once to ask how the course is going and once before a 3-month plan ends. Each of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in to paid access, and analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; essential login features may not work without them.
How we use information
To provide access to what you purchased, reply to your messages, keep the service secure, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run the service — Stripe (payments), our hosting/forms provider (Netlify), our email delivery provider (Resend), and Google Analytics — each under its own terms, and only as needed to operate the site or comply with the law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
